About TEMPORITI

Founded in 1965 by Lanfranco Temporiti, TEMPORITI srl began as a visionary artisan workshop in Mesero, specializing in the assembly and construction of brakes and lifting equipment for the construction industry. Driven by Mr. Temporiti’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for excellence, the company quickly established a reputation for quality and innovation.

In 1981, this workshop evolved into TEMPORITI srl, marking a significant milestone in their journey. They expanded operations and moved to their current, state-of-the-art facility in Mesero. Today, TEMPORITI srl operates across two modern factories, each spanning 1500 m². These facilities are dedicated to meticulous mechanical processing and assembly of their products, alongside the specialized manufacture of electrical and electronic components for their brakes.

TEMPORITI Lift Series Electromechanical Spring Brakes for Elevators

The Lift series electromechanical spring brake, meticulously designed in compliance with the EN81-20 standard, is a state-of-the-art direct current brake tailored for the elevator sector. This brake plays a crucial role in ensuring the static positioning of the transmission system’s shaft during the pivotal opening and closing phases of the system doors.

Key construction features of the brake include a central magnetic system, securely maintained in position by precision brake adjusters. It boasts a dual-anchor mechanism, operating independently on the braking discs, which enhances the system’s safety redundancy. The brake’s design emphasizes the reference torque value produced by the single braking disc, while the incorporation of a double braking disc elevates the intrinsic safety of the system, in accordance with legal requirements.

Furthermore, the brake is ingeniously engineered to accommodate a micro switch, enabling precise control over the opening and closing of the brake anchors. Optional customizations include a manual release system, available upon request.

For optimal performance, the excitation and de-excitation times, along with adherence to F insulation class and S1 functional class specifications, including ventilation, are assured exclusively when used with rectifiers produced by Temporiti Srl. This assurance is valid for all the direct current brakes detailed on this website, provided the nominal voltage remains within the functional tolerance limits of the electric coil.

TEMPORITI Predictive Maintenance & Working Monitoring PMWM® Technology

PMWM® How Does It Work:

The idea behind the PMWM® sensor is unique and unlike common and generic sensors, which only provide an on/off signal. PMWM® can monitor the air-gap variation to guide a more efficient and effective maintenance of the drive systems.

PMWM® is able to recognize the air-gap value through a voltage signal coming from the sensor. Brake power doesn’t affect the strength of the signal.

Once the signal is ready from the transducer, all data will be available on laptop or mobile phone according to the costumer request; predictive maintenance can be scheduled based on the data from the transducer.

PMWM® allows you to check operations in real time and, therefore increasing the reliability of systems and equipment. It allows you to reduce both management costs and the number of unplanned maintenance interventions, as well as the costs and frequency of
repairs. It allows you to anticipate the onset of faults in mechanical and electromechanical systems in which wear plays a significant role.
The predictive maintenance carried out with the PMWM® device allows to increase the availability of the machines, to reduce malfunctions and breakdowns, while decreasing operating costs.
